If you’ve been wondering about my monthly yin yoga specials, here’s a little bit more about what to expect.
You’ll be greeted with a warm welcome to the comfortable and cosy studio complete with mats, props, blankets and eye pillows, all allowing you to feel at home in your practice.
You can then settle in to two hours of yoga and the time just flies by! Each session is based on a particular theme, whether it’s the season, area of the body, emotion, story or quote. Whether you’re new to yoga or have been practising for years, you’ll be well looked after as poses are fully explained and lots of options are provided. The combination of breathing practices, meditation, indulgent yin sequence and an extra long guided relaxation are all designed so that you float out ready to embrace the week to come.
